The Lampas Tourism department held a grand party along the main beachfront to commemorate the island's recent opening, bringing together an influx of locals and tourists alike. Everyone from civilians, researchers and even members of the navy had come to participate in the festivities. A pop-up juice bar served drinks and mocktails while photobooths and smaller food attractions were lined up along the shore. Some members of the Nobility were spotted tossing Aur from their beachfront mansion windows in celebration of the event.

"It's nice to finally have some peace without those weird things from the sea," one attendee stated in a brief interview. Members of the faith expressed distaste in the gathering, stating it would only further draw out The Mother's wrath upon the island.

One of the major sponsors, Gamers Outreach, had recently achieved a milestone, stating the new Lampas Airport will be built in coordination with the city government to further its tourism efforts.

An open volleyball court served as entertainment for many, where various teams were seen going head to head for the winning score. A betting corner was established for one of the hottest matchups of the afternoon, featuring Team Big Cheese and Team Lampas Rats. The Lampas Rats won a close victory with a final match score of 6-7, ending the event with great cheer.
